The coaching membership is focused on one-to-one support. Cohorts or group sessions may happen occasionally, but they are not the regular offer right now. The point is to give focused attention to your actual decisions, pressure, context, and next steps.

The value is not measured by hours spent in meetings. The goal is to develop and execute a clear plan that moves the ball forward through sharper decisions, stronger priorities, and practical next steps.

We start by clarifying your current season, the pressure points you are carrying, the decisions in front of you, and the systems or communication gaps that keep creating drag. From there, we map the next practical steps.

You do not have to wait for the next live session to get unstuck. If you are wrestling with a decision, workflow, message, or leadership bottleneck, you can send it between sessions and receive focused feedback.

Coaching works best when you are willing to be honest about what is unclear, make decisions, and act on the next step. I can help clarify the path, but you still have to lead the work.

We offer two options to fit your budget and pacing. The Annual Plan is $299/month, billed once for the full 12 months at signup. The Month-to-Month plan is $399/month, giving you the flexibility to pause or cancel services at any time. Both plans include the same coaching access.
