Focused Sessions

A one-time intensive gives one issue a clear place to move.

Ongoing coaching is best for long-term clarity, but a single session can be the right fit when one bottleneck needs focused attention now.

A one-time intensive is designed for a specific problem, not an open-ended conversation. It works best when the leader can name the thing that needs movement: a workflow, message, page, assistant idea, sermon pipeline, or systems question.

When an intensive makes sense

What to expect

The session should produce sharper language, clearer priorities, and a next-step plan. The goal is not to create more ideas. The goal is to reduce friction around the issue already in front of you.

If the issue is recurring or strategic, membership is usually the better fit. If the issue is contained, an intensive can be enough.
